LIMITED WARRANTY
Total Gym Fitness, LLC warrants that under normal residential use, Total Gym® is free from defects in material or workmanship. The duration of coverage of this warranty varies depending on the part of equipment that is defective (see chart below). This warranty is effective from the date of original purchase. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS EXERCISER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Frame Lifetime Replace frame that is structurally defective with a new frame or replace the entire unit.
All other Parts

(Optional Extended Warranty is 2 years)		 Replace or repair defective part or product.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, use the following procedure:

2. Be sure to include:
 • Legible return address
• Daytime phone number
• Brief statement concerning defect in question
• Your Customer Serial# and/or copy of proof of purchase

Your Customer Serial# is located on your shipping label marked as "Package ID#" and/or at base of Height Adjustment Support Column on unit.

Cost of shipping must be paid by you unless otherwise agreed upon by Total Gym Fitness, LLC. Total Gym Fitness, LLC will not be responsible for defects caused by accidental damage; damage in return transit, vandalism, misuse, abuse or altercation. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. The liability of Total Gym Fitness, LLC under any such implied warranty and under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement (or refund in its sole discretion) of defective parts within stated warranty from date of receipt.  TOTAL GYM FITNESS, LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  Some states do not allow limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
